1. What are the script requirements?
   The script requirements are as follows:
   
   Operating System: *nix, Linux
   Web Server: Apache 1.3.x/ 2.0.x
   Database: MySQL 4.0.x
   Languages: PHP4
   
   
2. Can I install Site Guard on my IIS server?
   No, Site Guard is not compatible with Windows. See the product requirements.
   
   
3. I’ve lost my password to Site Guard. Can you send me one?
   No, we cannot send it to you, because Site Guard does not send your passwords to us . You can change it yourself in your MySQL database, or we can do this for you if you give us the access to the DB.
   
   
4. My system crashed and I’ve lost your script and all its files. Can you send me it via email?
   Yes. Please give us your full transaction details and we'll send you the download link.
   
   
5. Is there a limit to the number of directories I can protect with Site Guard?
   There is no limit. You can password protect as many directories as you need.
   
   
6. Can I install Site Guard on more than one domain?
   No. Site Guard is licensed on a per-domain basis. You must purchase Additional Licenses for each installation on new domains.
   
   
7. I need to move Site Guard to another domain. Do I have to purchase Additional License?
   No. You can transfer Site Guard to another domain. The only condition is that you must remove it from its previous location.
   
   
8. Do I need to know any programming language to run and maintain the software?
   No. Site Guard is completely web-based and doesn’t require any additional coding or knowledge of programming language.
